I was at the Marmora location Tuesday. During my (approx) 25 minute wait in the waiting area, the receptionist (a young girl with blonde hair) mocked, complained and gossiped about every single patient she came in contact with. When a woman called to inquire about getting her son a COVID test, after the phone call, she said in an annoying voice "My son has the sniffles. Oh my god, he must have COVID! WILDWOOD Nj urgent care .... I called to make an appointment an whoever KIM F is was extremely Nasty and rude not only was she unprofessional I had to put some one else on the phone to make sure it wasn’t me and she did them the same way .....whoever hired that lady needs to train her all over again with communication skills ! RecommendedMy husband and I came in to get tested today at the Marmora location. All the healthcare workers were incredibly kind and welcoming. I appreciate them all being there during this crazy time. If it wasn’t for the wonderful work that you guys do, our country wouldn’t be where it is today. ... so thank you! BE SAFE!
The staff is wonderful, super efficient and knowledgeable! The facility is beautifully maintained. I'm very glad the Marmora location is close to our vacation home!
I was seen at 6:20 pm. My medication was never called to the pharmacy, I went to urgent care because I needed treatment. Your office closed and there is no on call. I paid and I am very sure you will also bill my insurance
Nice place and nice people pretty fast in and out
Never go here one NP has no idea what she’s doing. Manager was suppose to give me a call and never did
Employees are very nice and helpful. They even did a follow up call, which was very nice of them
