First visit to this clinic and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Dr Candice was knowledgeable and encouraged me to consider all options for treatment. Happy I have found a GP who shares my views on medicine.
A very lovely little surgery. I found the receptionist very friendly and welcoming. Dr Frame has a very calm and kind manner that puts you at ease.
Whilst on holidays recently, my son needed medical attention and we were so relieved to secure an appointment for later the same day when phoning Cape Naturaliste Medical Centre. On arrival, the receptionist was welcoming and helpful, and service was prompt. Dr Alistair was exceptionally friendly and my son - who has an intellectual disability - was very much at ease with him.
