We Started by contacting them online and Tom from the internet department gave us a great lead on a family van. Chance and Norman in sales went to work for us to find a vehicle and options at a price we could afford and Brian in finance pulled out all the stops to get us a deal. Brad, the service manager was very unprofessional and rude. I brought my car in to be serviced, like I do every month, and after this time of being serviced we notice my air box bolts were missing. Derek was very helpful over the phone when we called and said he would set some aside for us. Upon arrival, I spoke with Brad about the bolts. As he is handing me the bolts he says "they were already missing, but we want you to be taken care of." Ever since I got my car they never fixed my brakes and tell me that they are suppose to sound like that and they aren’t . I have warranty and now they are telling me that I don’t. Worse experience ever. Never suggest to get a car from cape Honda.
