Great service department. I am from out of town and I had trouble changing out the cabin filter myself on my Honda CRV, as one of the screws was stripped. I called the Cape Giradeau Honda and the team told me to my car by anytime they were open. Brad Henderson and his team not only helped me with the filter change, took the time to replace the screw. They did not charge me for the help! I will definitely bring my car to them!
I had my car detailed at Honda today and it looks AMAZING!!! They did a great job. This may become a frequent thing for me!😀
All I know is that 972.22 dollars to replace an alternator on a 2014 is getting screwed without even a kiss beforehand. Never again to pay that much. What a rape
The service Dept lies to you. I got a charge on my bill that I wasnt aware of. I talked to them on the phone & never once did they say about a $130 charge. Then asked my 19 step-daughter if it was ok.... like she knows. Very dis-pleased with this place & they will never get another dime from me. $177 for a battery them the bill ended up to be $316. Will never be back. This is why we buy from St. Louis or Memphis!
I would never buy a car anywhere else. Not just because Honda are the best but because the service department is like no other I've ever experienced
