This is such a great practice - everyone is very friendly and helpful, and things move efficiently. Dr. Broussard explains things very thoroughly, doesn't mind answering questions, and is very realistic about helping you get back to 100%.
I think the office is great but the billing is terrible! I tried to make a MyChart account, wouldn’t let me with no explanation. I tried to do the online pay, wouldn’t allow me at this time. Called multiple times, no one available. I finally got someone on the phone today after lots of automated steps. They told me I couldn’t have a MyChart because it’s for my minor son. My. Refills were canceled and I can’t get in touch with the office to find out why nor to schedule an apt.. what is going on
I have been a patient of Doctor Broussard for about 20 years. He has also treated my grandmother and my mother for Arthritis. I have been a patient at the FernCreek office. However I will be returning to Southern Pines. Everyone was helpful, kind and forthcoming with knowledge concerning my condition. It's always a pleasure to see Doctor Broussard.
Went to get much needed cortisone shots (Kenneth & Ofira) for sore right shoulders. The procedures were quick and mostly painless. The results were outstanding, free movement without pain for several days before soreness started to return. Too bad weekly shots aren’t permitted!
