I was very dissatisfied with my experience at Cape Brentwood. A cockroach problem developed in the apartment. The landlord was slow and unresponsive to my requests to bring in an exterminator to remediate the problem. The issue with the roaches continued to worsen to the point it impacted my mental state. Rather than continuing to live in unsanitary conditions, I decided I had to leave the property, since the management did not sufficiently support me as a tenant. DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOUR HEALTH IS AT RISK.
