Great Contractor to Work With – I hired Capco to fix a leak that two previous roofers were unable to handle. Their staff was very professional, and took the time to explain to me why this leak was a difficult fix and why the two previous roofers were unable to do so. Great Work! – I hired Capco to replace my metal roof this sumer. The staff was very helful and knowledgeable when it came to selecting the appropriate materials. The roof itself is a beautiful work of craftsmanship and weathered tropical storm Hermine without issue. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and took pains to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction. I would definetley recommend Capco!
Unprofessional – Roofed my house two years ago and had to fix leak back then twice. Leak is back now and I'm getting a lot of excuses, promises that they will be here certain days and phone messages not returned . . . all coming from the owner, Joe Higgenbothem. My next actions will be to file complaints with the Texas Attorney General's office and the BBB.
