I contacted Capable One Door via the contact form on their website since I prefer email communication, and Jessica responded almost right away (the only person out of many garage door repair companies I contacted). She was great to communicate with, straight to the point, and scheduled the appointment for the next day. Farai, the garage door master, was great to work with.
