I took the 5 week hypnobirthing class with Care Messer, breastfeeding with Deb C, and newborn care 101 with Jen Graham. Each class was absolutely incredible! Before I found my way to the cap wellness center I was terrified of birth. I left those classes feeling confident, knowledgable, and most of all - at peace. This place is amazing. It is a haven for mamas and babies.
As soon as you find out you're pregnant, this is the place to check out! The center provides all the prenatal education you will want from HypnoBirthing and Hospital 101 to Breastfeeding and Newborn care. Prenatal yoga, massage, acupuncture, and chiropractic care are also offered in one convenient location. Come check it out and tell your friends!
Dr. Cap is not my doctor but I attended the prenatal yoga classes and took the infant CPR class here during my pregnancy and attend the free lactation support group now that I have an infant. I can't recommend CAP wellness more!
Cap Wellness was an amazing resource during my pregnancy and postpartum as well. Care is a gem. The yoga is wonderful. The classes are absolutely invaluable. I feel so lucky to have a place like this to go for education, relaxation, and support!
