I attended the Cap Wellness Center to take some of the classes - newborn care, yoga, CPR etc and breastfeeding and now attending the lactation support groups. Everything has been fabulous. Finding the Cap Wellness Center changed the course of my pregnancy and birth journey so much and i am truly grateful to find this center and to be able to feel so empowered in my birth choices. Dr Cap has created something wonderful with this center. Thank you so much!
I had both of my children with Dr. Cap. And to be honest, I can't say enough good things about him. Even with two emergency C-Sections, Dr. Cap was right by my side and got us through it. Both kids are now strong, happy, and healthy and I truly believe I have Dr.Cap to thank for that. I love Angie too!
As a birth doula, It is always a gift when I can refer a client to a team of care providers that are not only patient, compassionate and caring, but offer her choices, courage and the confidence to own her own birth. Amazing Team. Wonderful resources. We were in the best care with our first born baby girl Cecelia. Dr Cap took such great care of us and was respectful of our birth preferences. We took hypnobirthing classes and hired our teacher as our doula! Great experience overall and still happy to be dialed in to the center... just attended Christmas Cookies with Cap and to circle back in a fun way, with the ones who helped bring our baby girl into this world was pretty heartwarming.
