I bought floor mats for my new van had great service when I bought them very friendly and got them to me fast. A couple mats didn't work for me so I had to return 1/2 of them he was very rude. I would have had a good experience had he not been so rude about the return. I will not use this company again.
I was given a scheduled slot the other day to have a ladder rack installed onto my truck that I brought with me, get there for my scheduled slot, 20 mi out of the way, and was told I'm not on the schedule, it can't be done today and it can't be done for the quoted price I was given on the phone! I had bought a cap from them 12-13 years ago for my last truck and will never purchase anything from them again!! The customer service has gone down the tubes in the last decade!!
