We've had roof racks put on, hitches, and wiring on 3 different vehicles. Been coming here for over 10 years and always found them to be knowledgeable and reliable. Keep up the great work gentlemen!
I dropped my car off for an installation of a hitch, picked it up and it had a huge (foot long) crack in the windshield. He said it was an "act of god". He took no responsibility. Total BS.
We bought a fiberglass lid for a brand new 2018 Dodge Ram. After installation there were greasy fingerprints and scratches in the paint around the bed of the truck. Black marks on the underside of the lid and grease marks inside the bed and the shocks still leak grease two months later. Can't go through a car wash as significant water gets inside. Have been coming to cap connection almost since Greg opened have put covers on last 4 trucks for me. Have always been able to get me taken care of and very knowledgeable. Not only covers but hitches, floor mats and also running boards.. just installed a revolver X2 on my 2017..
