Very bad experience living in one their properties, Stone Manor Apartments in Rogers, AR. The property management is incompetent and non-responsive to issues that arise. A tenant who lived close to us verbally assaulted us on a regular basis and threatened me with physical harm multiple times. His dogs were also aggressive. Super not happy over here at southwind apartments in rogers ar. We pay 1400 for roaches, no AC, leaking bathrooms and very very bad electrical issues. B4 we moved in We were assured the place was up to date and nothing in my unit is. We have been without water in 2 bathrooms for at least a week. We called about our ac unit making loud noises and not holding temperature. 2 guys came out who WERE NOT HVAC certified just to take out our ac unit for 4 hrs during the hottest part of the day, to change a part and then reinstall it... read more
