We were impressed with Jim when we first met to discuss replacing our roof. He was very knowledgeable and answered questions fully. The price he quoted for our job was in line with the other estimates that we received but we felt more comfortable with him due to his years of experience in the roofing industry. We are very happy with canyon State Roofing. Everyone we dealt with from jim McLain, the owner and estimator to Miguel, the job supervisor and the guys on the roof, were true professionals who had the answers to all my questions. The cost was reasonable, and I could not have asked for better service. They went out of their way to be available and prepared and worked very hard to complete a full reroofing job in a day and a half, finishing before the heat set in, and within just a few days from estimate to completion. I do my due diligence and spoke to a handful of roofing companies. When I met Jim at Canyon State Roofing, I knew I found the right people. They were knowledgeable and no gimmicks. You know the call in saying “hey I got Gio here and what’s the best we can do for him” and so on. They explained everything and no hidden fees. They came here everyday from morning to night working.
