From my initial discussion with Jim McLain to working with Miguel Beltran who oversaw the entire roof replacement, there was a solid understanding of what is likely the best tile roof replacement at a reasonable price in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. We were impressed with Jim when we first met to discuss replacing our roof. He was very knowledgeable and answered questions fully. The price he quoted for our job was in line with the other estimates that we received but we felt more comfortable with him due to his years of experience in the roofing industry. I was planning to replace my underlayment in the fall. Mother nature had a different time frame in mind. After a roof leak , while I was traveling a friend recommended Canyon State Roofing. Jim's gave me a great quote and after a discussion with him, I moved forward. His team did an outstanding job in the time frame he estimated. Very pleased with his professional approach and team. We are very happy with canyon State Roofing. Everyone we dealt with from jim McLain, the owner and estimator to Miguel, the job supervisor and the guys on the roof, were true professionals who had the answers to all my questions. The cost was reasonable, and I could not have asked for better service. They went out of their way to be available and prepared and worked very hard to complete a full reroofing job in a day and a half, finishing before the heat set in, and within just a few days from estimate to completion.
