Just cancelled my 1200 appointment because THEY FAILED TO GET A PRIOR INSURANCE AUTHORIZATION AFTER CALLING ME 3 TIMES THIS WEEK TO CONFIRM AND TWO TEXTS ONE LAST WEEK, ONE THIS WEEK, PLUS TWO EMAILS. GET BETTER
