I've been a patient at Dr. Buoniconti's dental office for well over four years. She and her professional team have not only continuously set a high standard for excellence in dental expertise (reactive AND proactive), but have also done so with genuine customer care. In sum: Highly recommended local office with world-class service!
My procedure went well. They were right on schedule, everyone was friendly and efficient. I was out of there in less time then they estimated.
RecommendedI enjoy every visit to Canyon Springs Family Dental all the staff are so kind they will stop what they are doing and make sure you greet you and make sure you feel welcomed. The place is nice and clean and make sure you are comfortable in the room and any procedure. I had a very serious case of periodontal disease and when I went to a specialist in my area to fix it they were demanding all 4K of the procedure upfront before they were even willing to help me. Great customer service. My dental hygienist was very careful with my sensitive teeth and explained everything in detail to me. The Dentist was very informative and gave me a variety of treatment options.

so far so good! Staff is friendly and no issues with scheduling or getting someone on the phone. Only minor complaint is way too many reminders about upcoming appointments. A call/text 1 to 3 days out is good... but 2 weeks out is a bit too much. 🙂
