Don't move here. It's over priced and the amenities such as the jacuzzi has been broken the whole summer. Management never does anything as far as handling situations that need to be addressed.

Ants and bad customer service I've been fighting an ant infestation for roughly three months. And every single neighbor I know has had the same issue with no productive cooperation from the management. The hours posted on the leasing office are a blatant lie. Never once has anyone been around to help me on the weekends or in the early morning on the weekday. Ant infestation Building 500 of Canyon Ridge Apartment Complex at Napa Junction is infested with ants. Every morning, I wake up an hour early to kill a few thousand ants that are using our apartment as an access point. We keep everything clean, constantly sanitizing and spraying essential oils, vinegar, and raid. We are confident the ants aren't finding food here, as we've been storing all of our food in the fridge. This includes dried beans, uncooked rice, and spices.
