Horrible What can I say....Horrible! Been going here 5 yrs for my 2 doxies. Went this morn to get their shots. Dr Vaughn was horrible. She approached my dog aggressively, he growled, then she came unglued & pitched a fit. I was in shock. She screamed about winding up in the hospital with dog bite & wasn't going to tolerate this. She recommended a muzzle. I agreed if it made her more comfortable. Unprofessional, disappointing, rude vet Disappointed with the service, both times I went here (thought the first time was just me, so we tried it again), vet actually slammed the door walking out of the room when I told her to let go of my cat and I'd be taking him to another vet. Although I understand every vet is not a good fit for every cat or cat parent, I've never been treated as poorly or unprofessionally anywhere.
Wonderful Staff Monica Vaughn and her staff are absolutely great in my book. Her husband is an excellent vet assistant and everyone is very caring, knowledgeable and efficient. I have been taking my cats to her for over eight years now and couldn't be more happier on how me and my husband, and most importantly, how my cats have been treated. I wouldn't think of going somewhere else for their care.
Dr. Monica Vought is the best vet My dog has been a patient to Dr. Voughn thruthout his 12 year life. Between surgeries, perfect diagnocies, boarding and profesional staff I have no intention in going any place else. My calls were returned promtly and profecionally. The expert staff answered my questions promptly. While at home with a sick dog, they were available on the phone ALL the time to guide me thru the daily routines. I will highly recomend Dr. Voughn and the clinic to anybody.
Depressing As soon as you walk in you feel depressed. There is no greeting, the walls and floor may have been white at some time, but now area gray dingy color. The front staff as well as the vet we saw were abrupt, rude, and they didn??t answer any of me question. I would not take my dog back.
Awesome!!!! I recommend this place to everyone! My puppy Chloe had surgery last year and she had to have her cast off and she had to stay overnight so she could get her shots and get micro chipped as well. She was very well taken care of and when I came to pick her up the girls up front and in the office were very friendly. I would definitely take my animals back again.

Highly Recommended We can highly recommend Canyon Park Veterinary Hospital. We relocated to WA 2 years ago and have been clients of this practice ever since. Dr Monica Vaughn is the best veterinarian we have ever had. She is a compassionate, knowledgeable and pragmatic veterinarian. We have always felt extremely comfortable with her as she always takes her time to explain things in detail and we never get the feeling that she is rushing to make a diagnosis or recommending procedures or medications that are not necessary. Good intentions gone very wrong Dr. Vaughn took care of our two dogs since both were puppies, over an 11 year period. Initially, when her practice was small, the quality of care was high. Yes, her bedside manner isn't the best, but she seemed to know her stuff, always gave several options and was willing to talk through what to do. Then things changed. The care has progressively gone down hill. Both of our dogs had health challenges in the last two year, and both were wrongly diagnosed by Dr. Vaughn on multiple occasions. In... read more
