I went to Canyon Lakes Dental end of the year to use my insurance and get my teeth cleaned. I called prior to verify my insurance and if it will be covered. I was told it is and that I have good insurance. The day of the appointment I verified again and was told it will be covered 100%. Three months later I get a bill stating the x-rays were not covered.
