Went on a tour of the units here! Beautiful community and great amenities. The bedrooms were large and very fairly priced. This place has it all!
This place is the biggest scam I've ever seen. From top management all the way down to the lazy office staff. I was lied to by the district manager and office staff, and have proof in writing because they weren't smart enough to get their stories straight. The apartment was on the bottom floor. It was constantly damp and moldy. Roaches and rats were a constant problem, and pest control never once came into my apartment even though I was forced to pay for it every month. Rodica in the office was very nice and accommodating. Professional and answered all of our questions. We met some of the maintenance staff as well. The property was clean and nice. Most definitely rrcommend. Good job, Rodica!
