Since the apartments have been sold to a new company, they have been such a blessing, compared to what we had prior to this new management. They are listening to the residents and are getting repairs and concerns dealt with in a timely manner. They've been so pleasant to deal with. I'm so thankful and grateful for this new management team! If anyone is seeking a new place, please consider Knox Landing or The Canyon as your new home!
When we needed something fix they came right there. Very nice staff in office
I've only lived here for a few months but it's the best place I've lived at if you need something they take care of it right then and there for you you ain't got to wait two or three days or the office people are really great the maintenance man you couldn't ask for any better ones they're very polite clean it's a nice place to live peaceful and quiet On
So me and my wife just came to view an apartment hopefully we are able to get and rionica ball is awesome very informative and answered all questions hopefully I have a future there ..
So I’m relatively new but have made some pretty good neighbors since arriving in Tennessee. The community it’s pretty nice management so far is pretty stellar. One of the front office staff Alyssa was really helpful with getting me set up. The complex has been undergoing some updates which is also nice. Pretty pleased with my decision to move here
