I can not begin to express just how much I appreciate the ENTIRE team from Canyon Hospice from the social worker, chaplain, nurse, etc. The care and comfort they provided to my mom and family was incredible. It's never an easy decision to begin hospice care for a loved one, but if I was ever put in the situation again, I would absolutely recommend Canyon Home Care and Hospice. I am incredibly grateful for Canyon Home Care and Hospice. I was with the home heath for 2 years and Whitney was my nurse and she is absolutely amazing and made me feel like I was her only patient even though I know she has many. Due to the progression of my terminal illness I have recently moved over to hospice and my team is incredible and have made the transition smooth and painless. Soni, RN is amazing! Her and I work closely with residents/ patients each day. She spends the time, educates the families and supports her team. I give her 5 stars across the board. I am so greatful to have a nurse available to my residents as good as her!

Better care is out there. I would avoid this company. What Whitney and Bryce claimed to be doing/billing for reports was not happening.
