The update of my shower enclosure is very nice. I had an issue with the installation shortly after being done. A visit to my home to inspect the issue was done upon being made aware. The adjustments were done in a timely manner, and all seems as it should be. I appreciate the customer service I received.
I've had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with my shower remodel from this company. From two days after installation (less than 2 years ago), the shower was leaking. The company sent someone to 'correct the problem' - but shortly thereafter it leaked from another area. No reply from the company. I even sent an e-mail and photos to the sales rep for the company and NOTHING. I called again and was told 'an owner will call you back'. That was over a week ago. We have an update. We have had to call them three times for help in fixing things that have gone wrong with the construction and installations that they performed. We are happy to say that they have been very responsive and a quick to fix the things that have failed. Judging from other reviews and talking to people who have used this company have been pleased with their experience. So maybe our bad experience was a one off, but still be careful with them. they had to redo my shower floor twice and then after a year and a half the shower leaked out the wall. i had a plumber from thompsons come over and he said it looked like the shower was leaking into the shower pan and parts of the pan where in the drain. i have not used the shower sense. canyon will only warranty the work for one year. Note about comment from owner. They will cover this if they installed the entire system but my review stated that they had only put in the shower floor so nothing is covered.
