This is the worse people to rent from. They never update anything in the apartment but the rent goes up $60 to $100 every year. Once you leave and better yourself they hit you with unnecessary damages. I tried to make arrangements with them but they sent it to an collection agency. STOP RENTING AND BUY A HOUSE .. These people don't care about their tenets at all just the money!
If you enjoy ac, this might not be the apartment for you. Have come home from work more than 8 times to find that despite paying more than $250 a month for electric, our ac does not work. They have tried to fix it, but keep getting same issues. Today, yet again, our ac is broken. Counting down my lease.
I love how secluded my apartment is, even though its' right by everything. Could not be a better neighborhood for dogwalking, running, cycling, it's just perfect! All the neighbors are super friendly and personable also!
I love the quietness here ! The deer and the birds play and sing . I have great neighborhood for my grandchild most of all . No booming radios or sirens ! It's peaceful here. I've never had any problems here . if it breaks they fix it . We are walking distance to shopping stores and parks .
If you value your money, time and quality of life -- then don't live here. The new apartment management exhibits the worst customer service you could possibly imagine.
