rarely leave negative reviews, but after everything we’ve experienced, I feel obligated to warn future residents. We paid extra for an updated, upgraded apartment, expecting a much better condition than a standard unit. But from the start we were met with maintenance issues that should have been fixed before move-in. The apartments are peaceful, but the water charges are unreasonable — whether you use it or not, you still get a $70–$80 least with max go to 220$+ bill because the cost is split among all residents
For the prices being charged here, the quality and service is abysmal. These apartments aren't super old but good God do they need some work. Ridiculous charges on water that other reviews back up. Constant emails "reminding" tenants of every rule in the book. Ive even heard maintenance mention termites in other units. And you couldn't pay me to jump around on the balcony. } I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment community. We paid the required early lease termination fees and followed the process they requested. However, after that, additional charges kept appearing for different reasons, making it feel like they were constantly finding new ways to take more money. The move-out process was confusing and frustrating. We were charged significant amounts even after paying the lease break penalty, and when we asked about our deposit, we were told there was no deposit to refund.... read more
