Cockroaches everywhere, black mold in the apartment, apartment flooded and very rude service and maintenance.
The apartments are peaceful, but the water charges are unreasonable — whether you use it or not, you still get a $70–$80 bill because the cost is split among all residents
Horrible touring experience! The listing on the website is outdated and turned out an AVAILABLE unit we interested was already leased and we travelled all along for nothing. The leasing office lady was rude and took it as not a big deal. Despite the next scheduled tour was in 25 minutes she refused to give us any assistance on an alternative apartment and asked us to come back later or tomorrow, like she didn't even want to lease the apartment at all!!! Very disappointed and no wonder there're full of 1 star reviews.
Quiet, cozy community with mature trees, wildlife and roomy apartments. Everyone that works here is very pleasant and accommodating and my neighbors are great. Really feels like home here.
I’ve had a great experience with César from the maintenance team at Canyon Creek. He’s always prompt, respectful, and gets the job done right the first time. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about the residents. Whenever I’ve had an issue, he’s responded quickly and professionally. People like César make living here so much better!
