For the prices being charged here, the quality and service is abysmal. These apartments aren't super old but good God do they need some work. Ridiculous charges on water that other reviews back up. Constant emails "reminding" tenants of every rule in the book. Ive even heard maintenance mention termites in other units. And you couldn't pay me to jump around on the balcony. However, after that, additional charges kept appearing for different reasons, making it feel like they were constantly finding new ways to take more money. The move-out process was confusing and frustrating. The apartment itself seemed fine during the tour, but living here was a completely different experience. Communication from management was always inconsistent, maintenance requests often took far longer than expected to be addressed, and it frequently felt like residents' concerns were treated as an inconvenience rather than a priority.
