My family and I have lived here since August of 2019. The previous owners of this complex were horrible, so when this new company took over, we were not sure what we would be in for. It did not take long for maintenance to get things looked at and taken care of. Even small things that the previous owners deemed as cosmetic damage and they wouldnt fix, are being fixed. If you're looking at Canyon Cove Villas and Apartments, STOP. There are reasons why the Better Business Bureau (BBB) lists Canyon Cove with a grade of 'F' and does not give them accredited status. in 2022, they had an infestation of mice in apartments (see WTOL news). In August 2023, WTOL again had a video regarding maintenance problems. Over the 5+ years my family has lived here, we have seen many units go vacant, some for more than a year.
