I had a tenant named William Honore, who presents himself as a Commercial Director at Canvas Real Estate. During his time renting my property, he remained in the home for approximately six months without fulfilling his rental payment obligations. Reina Ortega it’s the worst Realtor in Florida. Till this day she has NOT gave me a detailed explanation of the expense supposedly it was from the damages and paint of the house I rented. It’s been over more than a month and she tells me that my deposit of 3000 she had to deduct 1700 for paint and holes on wall. INCREDIBLE OF HOW OF A THIEF SHE IS. I dont understand how she works for canvas. I never had this issue with none and her she stay with my money.

I live in here property in 1001 S 27th Ave Hollywood, FL 33020 United States for two years the property she rent me I was always on time with my payments monthly never late. Within those 2 years she had people working inside the house while I was living there with my 5 year old daughter.
