Ordered canvas in early November of last year, gave 50% deposit and got nothing but promises for three months. Always an excuse. Have been waiting for my promised refund now for a month. Susan is just not an honest person!
Full payment of $650 dollars paid to Susan Brents in October 2023, for a custom-made generator cover. I have had MULTIPLE communications with Ms. Susan Brents, with promises of the cover, then after not being able to produce a cover, she assured me she would refund my money, many many times. After MULTIPLE attempts of asking, begging her to repay me my money, she still has NOT given back the money she took from me for a product she did not deliver. Filing this in small claims court.
