Our entire experience from start to finish was amazing! Uriel and his staff took our vision and made it a reality. My wives bouquets, the table runners, arrangements, chandelier and wedding ceremony decor were absolutely beautiful. Any changes or additions that needed to be made were quickly answered and made. I just received the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered with a company. I called last week asking for a special order and he ordered them saying to call next week. So a week passed and I called to place my Order he now continues to say since I didn’t pay I didn’t get my order. He never told me I needed to pay, he said come on ma’am it’s common sense!
