Went and visited the office today. We had no issue getting in. I called about my daughter being in pain. They were able to make an appointment 2 Days later. Literally we got there we were seeing pretty much right away you know the normal wait time. Once back there I think the whole appointment took maybe 20 minutes. Everybody there was so super friendly. Worst Dental Office around dont waste your time or your kids. Very unprofessional when a kid has an infection and is in pain they respond no problem we cant get you in to fix that tho for 4 months, appointment finally comes of course kid has a cough, cant do it, have to reschedule for April. What a joke, meanwhile theyll let a 4 year old suffer and waste you time having you come into the office just to wait all day to say yea we cant do anything well take xrays and bill your insurance though. Great atmosphere and amazing staff. My daughter was nervous for her first dentist appointment but they took care of her really well and got her comfortable when she would seem anxious. She sat the entire time with no fighting it! Definitely gained a new patient !
