Like my doctor, but this health center does not appear to be equipped to care for their patients. Need to ask a nurse a question. 3rd call today....1st time disconnected, 2nd time was able to leave my name, 3rd time I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes. My kids allergies are terrible....he has sports asthma, takes Aller-tec and is in need of more something. The care from this medical group really has gone down in the last 5 years....
It's too crazy to get in and don't like it as much
I've been subjected to the unimaginable since diagnosis in 1996 and metastasis in 2003, surgeries, diagnostics, radiation and chemo. I am an expert in the field and the people at U of M Canton Health Center, from the minute you walk in the door, are the most caring , professional, knowledgeable and just plain PLEASANT, of whom I now have the pleasure of being a client.
The entire staff from check-into, to all blood draw, all the infusion, and cleaning staff. I have been coming here every Friday since you opened 9+ years ago. You are all my family. Thanks to my great team, and for making my life so much better by knowing all of you.
