I went in with my boyfriend to their Radiology clinic. The desk workers in Radiology were not nice to my boyfriend, very short and mean. We were told that he couldn’t come back with me, which is fair with COVID, and they offered me a chaperon that just stood in the corner and did nothing. I was having a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound which is very stressful as is. Not accommodating to postpartum mothers.
I would not recommend Dr. Emily Haden Rassel to anyone!! The staff is unprofessional, has horrible communication, and endangered my child. Send your child anywhere else.
I'm able to come to see my doctor and get mostly everything I need handled in this one building from vision eyeglasses to podiatrist to Rehab Therapy all within this building I don't have to keep scheduling other appointments and drive to other locations for the majority of my medical care they can do in house
Only good experience I’ve had here is with my gynecologist, Dr. Mehari. Other than that myself and my 9 month old daughter have had nothing but bad luck and bad experiences at this place.
My family & I have been patients here for 14 years & counting. By far the best doctors, nurses & staff around! 💛💙
I get laughed at every time I come here, as though I’m paranoid or a hypochondriac. Very unprofessional and very hurtful. I hate coming here to see my family doctor. I prefer going to specialists for everything.
