No love for community, during coronavirus they still push on rent knowing people are out of work, and walk around putting tow dates on cars with expired plates knowing the dmv is closed. Even put a tow date on a car that was parked in the lines but was “crooked” to them. Wouldn’t recommend.

I've been here 3yrs, but this year, my rent is being increased dramatically!! I went into the office and also spoke to someone at the corporate office. I was trying to find out if there was a mistake made with the numbers. Their response was, "moving out is always an option. You have time if you choose to do so." Wtf!!!?? I've paid my rent on time for 3yrs. Never late!!! Never given anyone any problems. Why would you take attitude with the perfect tennant?
Inexperienced office staff, had to deal with a terrible rattle in the ceiling for 6 months. After making about 6 work orders for maintenance we ended up sleeping in the living room for the last 4 months because they wouldnt do anything about it. Please dont get sure deposit from them. Paid $262 non refundable for $1500 in damages. My damages were $280 and they wouldnt except the insurance even though I paid for it and it's in my contract, And would not return the money then turned it into collections before my 30 days to pay... read more
I do not recommend it. Management is useless, and won't even fix things before moving in. Sad.
I enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment complex..also I Love visiting my daughter an grandchildren.
