The property manager Deborah is a joke! Calling us at work to threaten to take us to court and "garnish our wages" and that she's not afraid to "embarrass" us because she thinks we are going to skip out on rent. We have lived in the apartments for 1 and a half years never late on a payment. I will most definitely be making a report to the Better Business Bureau.

They are very clean apartments, in my opinion...and they allow pets, with a deposit and an extra monthly fee. But they are very expensive, even though they claim to be for low income familys. $600 a month for a VERY small two bedroom, is WAY too much money! Maintaining the property seems to be getting a lot worse in the last year...grass was up past my knees before it was cut, I'm over six feet tall, inspections and bug control has not been up to par...and snow/ice removal is a big joke! Pues esta bien al pricipio es muy trakilo los biles eran baratos pero ahora con la nueva manager estad mas caro todo cada contrato era de $10 y hora es de $27 dolares ya para el otro ano dice eya que el limite de pago es de $771 como puede ser eso en bes de bajar suve todo aki y todo arkilino paga diferente es un solo pago auque el de 3 recamaras bale mas y el 2 menos y el de 1 unas perzonas pagan menos y otras pagamos mas la verdad no recomiendo anadie aki
