They don't care about tenants my air conditioning has not worked since day one it's going on month 4 and 20 work orders later and no attempt to repair has been made they keep saying that they will fix it but now refusing to answer my emails
Roach infestation and random bugs all over the place. Gave us keys that don’t open door or mailbox. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Don’t want to be bothered by tenants requests and won’t email you back unless they’re letting you know something is going on at the pool. DISGUSTING
The AC at this apartment are rarely working. maintenance takes for ever to fix them. And when they do it breaks again within a day or two and you got wait again for days if not weeks. It’s summer right now the AC hasn’t been working for a week, I have went to the office 4 times. The apartment is so hot that I don’t feel okay letting the kids sleep in it for the night.
