As a former short-term employee of this company, I feel compelled to share my honest review. First of all, this apartment complex dates back to the late 20th century — and that applies to everything, from the apartments themselves to the accounting system (which inevitably affects everyone). The carpets in all units have a terrible odor, and the appliances are old and worn out. Even the pond with its cute little ducklings doesn’t smell very pleasant. Management is unprofessional, inattentive, and duplicitous with business communications. Alienating prospective clients without reasonable cause is a poor way to do business, especially in a growing area with many other competitive housing options.
Amending this review because of the rip off at the end. I knew when I gave them a $2785 deposit, that’s right, $2785, that it was sketchy and I may never see it again. Even being told that the carpet was at life and I would never be charged a carpet fee, this big fat letter came with all of these supposed Invoices from great floors, that there was urine all over the place! My cat does not pee inappropriately. My roommate’s cat never peed inappropriately. That urine had to have already been there, or it’s a scam they’ve cooke... read more
