I wouldn't recommend living here, car got broken into, the work staff is cool but the office staff don't like to work with tenants.
the only good thing here is the maintenance staff, there quick and fix stuff in a timely manner, the office staff, if you have a problem, will blame it on you, take no responsibility for the problem, been several management teams here since i've been here, and this one rates the worst, don't answer questions or give solutions, only say it's your fault, i'm done here when my lease is up, my advise....choose better
Renters Beware! This place is run by a bunch of idiots! Today in my unit one of the main sprinkles burst which caused damage to 6 units. I had to call the rental office because they didn't even know! The head maintenance guy did show up but had no clue what he was doing. My bedroom, bathroom, hallways, walls in the bedroom, and ceiling have water damage.
