Excellent experience living here!!! Beautiful place to live. Close to everything you need. The property Manager, Nishea, is very approachable and prompt to urgent requests. Great Staff likeTheo is very professional and always responds to residents' requests with a smile. Never looks overwhelmed, pays attention to details. Maintenance issues are always quickly resolved by a very experienced maintenance team. Great parking availability for both visitors and residents. Neat environment. I love it here.

My experience with Canterbury has been great. I have been there for a year and it is one of the best options for someone trying to find an affordable but safe place to live. They keep the grounds and building super clean and have community standards with having affordable rent and are pet friendly!
great staff and maintenance is very experienced. They are prompt when you call for repairs.Very amiable maintenance
Was once a peaceful place but the loud music at odd hours have become unbearable .
WORST customer service experience of my life.They actually made it impossible for me to rent an apartment.
