Where is maintenance????? You need anything fixed in your apartment? Be prepared to wait all day or the next day. Horrible attitudes in the office and a lot of excuses. I can't wait to move away from here.

That apartment was... (Verified Renter) That apartment was prime location right off the highway. The maintenance/management staff was always respectful and got any issues taken care in a quick manner. I would have enjoyed a fitness room, but the complex was always well kept and had beautiful landscaping to encourage walks. Cantebria Crossing was always making sure their residents were up to date on any renovations and changes with plenty of time and warning. Timely response to... (Verified Renter) Timely response to maintenance calls which is greatly appreciated. Also the staff are super friendly and they never make me feel like I am a bother!!
I am moving... (Verified Renter) I am moving in this Saturday, and am so excited. This community is small and welcoming.
I initially loved... (Verified Renter) I initially loved the management in the office. Then that manager was moved and a new one came in. It is now a lot less personable and there is some unprofessional communication issues in the mix occasionally.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it even though I think the rent is a bit high because they are nice apartments with a friendly neighborhood.
