I would NOT recommend living here. Zero security cameras once inside the building, and they do not have a courtesy officer. For the price you pay to live here, you would think they'd have their renters safety a priority. Cars have been broken into in the garage. I had someone beating on my door at 11pm and blocking the peep hole. Glad it wasn't a true emergency since security is non-existing. Construction from hell 7am-7pm everyday day but Sunday; the loudest, worst living experience right now due to a tear down next door occurring. No communication or idea how long this will last and it has been 3 weeks.
The new staff are phenomenal! I know them by names because they’re like family. They are helpful and eager to help you get on your way. The facility is kept clean and they do a great job enforcing the rules too. There is a no smoking policy and despite some resident trying to be sneaky about it- I appreciate their efforts to enforce those rules. Some residents here are a bit messy but the staff do such a great job maintaining their messiness. Great place to live in an convenient location!
I would recommend this amazing facility to everyone.
Can we please get the common areas, elevators, and hallways cleaned. The elevators and tile common areas need to be mopped with something different then what is being used and the carpets have not been vacuumed or cleaned in weeks. Thanks
