unprofessional and unreasonable front desk. wants you to bill for eveything even when they know they are at fault. i dont think Cansler has a clue on what going in his front and back office
RecommendedGreat experience with Dr. Cansler and his team! He’s not the type to push services that aren’t actually necessary. He also understands that people(like myself) have big fears of the dentist!
Love the great staff and Dr. Cansler is personal, professional and honest about what procedures you need or don't need.
Very professional practice. Dr.Cansler and his staff make an excellent team and the level of service is always consistent.

My favorite dental office! I drive all the way from Tennessee to see Dr Cansler and his awesome staff!
Cansler sent me a bill in June from from 2013. The office has no idea what they are doing. My insurance was billed for the visit in 2013, I paid the difference, and somehow, 2 1/2 years later they realized there was a balance. When I called the office to discuss the charge, they threatened to send the $100 bill to collections of its not paid by 9/1. $100 is not a big deal if billed timely, but a 2 1/2 year delay in billing is unacceptable.
