The rooms were extremely small. Parking was ridiculous there were not enough parking available to guest at the hotel. Staff seemed unconcerned. Check in was awful.
A beautiful hotel with great location but the service is disappointing. I signed up for the digital key and an hour past check-in went to the lobby and was told the room was ready but hadn’t been inspected and the digital key option wasn’t working. We had to wait another forty minutes for the room to be inspected and for us to be able to check in. My trip was already short so I wanted to be able to enjoy the room as much as possible. The absolute best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! Every employee I encountered was very nice. The hotel smelled like fresh paint. You could tell right away how clean it was but even more so once we got to our room. The room was beautiful. Beds and pillows are comfy and cozy. If I could give ten stars I would. This place goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. 💜 I had to come on here and leave a review. I will definitely be back
