Perfect location for visit to the national mall and monuments, approximately a 20 minute walk or 8 minute drive with traffic. A very busy area with lots of options for food and drinks. Rooms were smaller than average. But for a couple that only returned to sleep it wasn't bad. Large walk in shower with handheld shower head was awesome. A/C Fan was louder than normal. Amazing shower. Large room. Great location. Hallways are not A/C. You can hear other guests through the walls. Front desk was neutral
Mold, poor response to health and safety hazard, poor management culture. Mold and dirty handheld shower head, got sick from it. Reported the mold at 4 PM, nothing done. Reported again the next morning, nothing done by 4 PM. After 25 hours, finally got it cleaned. Poor internal reporting, poor health and safety assessment, poor management culture, top management indifference.
