This overall is a very nice hotel. Staff was great. The space is beautiful and the pool was great. However, the noise from neighboring bars and clubs makes it nearly impossible to sleep even with white noise and ear plugs
Very nice, centrally located hotel with good valet parking. They have a website that allows you to request your car, tip the valet, etc. it worked efficiently and flawlessly; it was a perfect experience. Very nice restaurant for breakfast (didn’t try other meals) with decent coffee. The hotel lobby had flavoured water and fresh baked cookies from the afternoon. Front desk can be rude sometimes depending on the mood but the main issue here is they don't provide water and food bowls for your furry friend. Worst of all they charge $75 for service animals unless your service animal has a vest? Yet according to ADA.org - Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service dogs are not legally required to wear a vest, ID tag, or special harness in public.
