Ves a madres en estado, personas esperando horas y nadie te avisa nada, el encargado de sacar sangre... se va a su descanso (10:25 a.m) cuando hay personas aqui desde las 8 am esperando sin comer ni tomar agua para sacar sangre, cuando vas a preguntar a recepción, te ven al frente de la ventanilla pero ni levantan la cara para mirarte... y uno se pregunta?
