Why rent paddles that sink. What is the purpose of renting it if the product is defective. The way you conduct business in a small town is offensive. I will make sure that I spread the word how unprofessional your behavior is. This is not how hometown business treats the community.
Had an incident take place out at Lake Ahquabi with a paddle that my daughter rented along with a stand up board. Called the next morning to try and get a better understanding of what took place and the owner was rude and disrespectful from the get go. We will NOT be renting from Canoe Sport Outfitter ever again.

Thank you for your feedback we appreciate hearing from you. When customers rent equipment it is expected that the equipment be returned in good condition. Unfortunately they lost one of our SUP paddles. We realize it can be difficult and a burden to cover thee costs but they are the responsibility of the renter. I understand your desire to longer rent from us and so I wish you and them well in your future rentals.
The guy and gal in the shop had some great advice and helpful tips to ease my stress about registering a canoe from minnesota!....I'll be back for sure and I'll send my friends that way as well!

They have always been real nice and helpful. I have bought two kayaks from them now and always tell others to look there when starting to look for a new kayak or canoe.
