Dropped my bike off for some work and had it back faster than I thought. Friendly people and was happy with the work.

Very knowledgable staff and they offer top of the market products. Their repair service is also painless and top notch, we are lucky to have a store like this so close to Des Moines!
Where to begin! The first kayak I ever stepped into was one of their rentals at Ahquabi, which was nearly four years ago! For a couple Summers each week I returned once or twice to rent. The wonderful staff remembered my name year to year and provided tips to me to strengthen my paddling. I am now a guide on Lake Superior and give all my credit to this wonderful company with staff who are out there doing what most wouldn't. So thanks and beyond, keep doing what you're doing!
Fantastic professionals. Great boat knowledge; if it paddles they know about the craft, offer it for sale plus a full line of accessories. Excellent & knowledgable instruction. If you are looking at paddling or cycling skip the big box stores & go to a pro like CSO! Great cycling equipment as well. Support local!
