Because after spending 2k there on a kayak, I had hoped to also buy a paddle after having paddled several times. I had first sent a text which went unanswered. I called a few days later to get some feedback and that went okay. Then, after deciding on what I wanted in a paddle, inquired as to what the cost would be and never received a response.
