total waste of time! after 3 phone calls finally get through i was told to come into the office, I explained I have new ins. and need my prescriptions refilled asap. i was assured everything will be handled today, get there all they want is my information and want me to come back for an appt with a PA in 2 weeks!!! Did I really need to waste my time to go into the office for that?? The worst. Unless you are the kind of senior who's social life is Dr. appts stay clear.

SO! As of September 1st, 2024 this office has FAILED to notify there current patients that they dropped certain insurances and fee for service patients. My mother has been a patient collectively (throughout all the mergers) over 15 years. Not 1 letter, not 1 call and or response to her pharmacy that she can not be seen any longer. In addition!!! What really pissed me off... They inactivated her account like she wasnt just there in April. All I can say is RUN RUN RUN. This is beyond disbelief for my family and I. Cant image h... read more
