This review goes to the best doctor. I am so thankful to Dr.Mercedes Jimenez ARNP for her service, she has always been there making sure my health diagnoses are treated properly. This is my Dad's doctor's office and we are very happy with the service we receive. They serve a lot of patients; therefore, sometimes the wait is short and other times the wait is long. Realistically, there many more patients than staff members, so it takes time to see everyone, and we understand and respect that. The worst center ever visit …. The staff one talk and talk low voice about the patient and the teamwork …. Don’t get me wrong the Dr. herrara is very good dr. But the staff is so unprofessional and not dedicated to the work two hours waiting with appointment….. it was 11 am and i was in at 9 am with an appointment…… whoever is a manager at the center have to work on his staff…. They ( the ladies on front desk) need to stop whispering about the team workers and the patients that visit that place…..
