She always greets her with a smile, pays attention to how she is feeling, and encourages her to participate and enjoy the activities. You can tell she truly has a gift for working with seniors because she treats them with kindness, respect, and patience. It gives our family peace of mind knowing my grandmother is surrounded by people like Ana María, who make each day brighter for them.
