Poor customer service! My Riding mower is there as I type this, and am now told my riding mower will be longer than promised and a part is needed. I was told I needed a belt and now am told another part is on order and will take over a week to get it. Also, the person on the phone didn't know what part is needed. What kind of customer service is that?? How can you not stay in touch with a customer to let them know of delay in repair or in additional parts needed?? What if we can't afford the additional parts? Great place
Home town people that do great work. They really take care of the customers that buy from them. Many people don’t realize the difference in the same brand mowers sold at Lowe’s and Home Depot VS what the dealers carry. Mowers at box stores are built cheaply and have more maintenance issues than those at independent dealers. If you buy from them they will take very good care of you. You normally only have routine maintenance like oil change and new blades
Jacked the prices up before the "big sale". Could have gotten mower 5 weeks ago for same price. Owner was rude and made us go to the bank for cash to get the price listed. Really disappointed. Thought they were good people.
Small customers respect specialist. Avoid this place. Came to repair a trimmer (the trigger was broken this part cost 5$) under warranty told me it's 25 box if your not happy you can ask to Amazon they will give you a new one. Do you understand? Talk to me as I was stupid maybe because I've a French accent. I feel like discriminate.
